The Six-Point Vetting Process

Every technician who enters your property undergoes a comprehensive criminal background screening. This is not optional and not self-reported. We use third-party verification services to confirm clean records for all field personnel, not just business owners.
$1M+ Liability Insurance
All Certified Clean providers carry a minimum of $1 million in general liability insurance. We verify coverage directly with their insurance carrier and monitor for lapses. If coverage drops for any reason, the badge is suspended immediately until proof of renewal is provided.
State and Local Business Licensing
Every Certified Clean provider holds active, valid business licenses for every jurisdiction they serve. We verify licensing status at initial certification and again during quarterly re-evaluations. This protects you legally and ensures the provider operates within regulatory requirements.
Minimum 4.5-Star Customer Rating
We track customer ratings across every completed job. Certified Clean providers must maintain a cumulative rating of 4.5 stars or higher. Quarterly Re-Evaluation
Certification is not a one-time event. Every 90 days, we re-verify insurance, licensing, customer ratings, complaint history, and conduct random service quality audits. Providers who fail re-evaluation lose their badge. This ongoing accountability is what separates Certified Clean from a one-time background check.

We verify criminal background checks for all technicians, confirm $1M+ liability insurance, validate state and local business licensing, review customer ratings and feedback, and inspect equipment standards. Once all criteria are met, the provider receives their Certified Clean badge. The entire process typically takes 5 to 10 business days.
Every quarter. We conduct a full review of insurance status, licensing, customer rating trends, complaint history, and random service quality audits. Providers who fall below any of our standards receive a 30-day corrective period. If standards are not restored, the Certified Clean badge is revoked and the provider is removed from our network.

If the work does not meet the agreed-upon scope, we will arrange for a re-service at no additional cost or issue a refund. Yes. Certified Clean status is not permanent. Providers can lose their badge if their customer rating drops below 4.5 stars, their insurance or licensing lapses, they receive verified complaints about service quality, or they fail a quarterly re-evaluation audit.
